These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ShiftFlex website and related services (“ShiftFlex”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using ShiftFlex, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and an authorised user of ShiftFlex (e.g., a verified shift worker) to use our platform. By registering, you confirm you meet these requirements.

To access certain features, you must create an account and provide accurate, current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
3. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use ShiftFlex for unlawful purposes or in violation of any applicable law or regulation
- Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to ShiftFlex or other user accounts
- Interfere with the operation, security, or integrity of ShiftFlex
- Post or share content that is offensive, defamatory, or violates the rights of others
4. ShiftSwapping and Platform Use
ShiftFlex provides a platform to facilitate shift swaps. We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or completion of swaps. You remain responsible for ensuring that any shift swaps comply with your employer’s policies and relevant employment laws.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, graphics, and software on ShiftFlex are the intellectual property of ShiftFlex or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
6. Privacy and Data Protection
Use of ShiftFlex is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to our collection, use, and storage of your personal information as described therein.
